First Rs.****/- charged for booking failed on my vijayabank credit card. Second time charged Rs. ****/- for successful booking against invoice No. **************** of Rs. ****/-. Eligible refund Rs. *****/- (****+****) to be credited back to my two credit card accounts. Wasted my precious ** minutes on interactive voice response on +**-***-******* ( **:** hours ) but could not talk to any body even though I was intimated to connect to authorised person.
