Good evening sir/madam
I am using zomato application for food order since many years and I am also zomato gold member. Till now no any problem arised in order, payment and dining discount
But on ** August I pre booked my table at tomato restaurant which showing up to ** percent discount on your application and ** percent for zomato gold member. I visited restaurant before the allotted time slot and ordered the food. Total bill came was **** rupees. I made payment of **** rupees through the zomato pay
but no any discount applied while payment. This seems very disappointing
As reputed food service company do something on this..
