I had bookings for * domestic flights which I made in Feb-Mar, then corona came, Yatra's customer care number went out of reception and no clear reply on email at first, and radio silence now I received the refund in the bank which is just **-**% of the amount I paid. I talked with Air Asia executive (for two of my bookings) and he confirmed that full refund has been processed from their sides, and now Yatra don't want to confront me. My Yatra refund related query ID is 'YA:********' which was generated on *st sep and left on seen ever since. Contact on my cell will be appreciated. Never going to use this platform again.
