I request Goibibo to refund the money of my cancelled ticket with due respect.
I have cancelled my family flight ticket (PNR Number: O*XRJB, travel dates :** April and **th June, ****) from Hyderabad-Shanghai-Hyderabad ticket on ** March,**** and I was informed that I will be paid my refund money within ** working days, but it's been *** days I haven't got my refund. So far I have spoken to * Goibibo executives and they have misguided me,that the ticket was cancelled and requested for the refund but It wasn't cancelled by GOibibo executives until *th June,****.
It is illegal and unlawful to not refund the amount of booking when the flights were non operational on **/**/**** and **/**/**** .The company executives misguided and ignored them by not giving full information about refund and changing their stand everytime they were contacted for the same to pass time, So I have filed the complaint against the Company (Goibibo) in the National consumer protection act, the document number is *******.
