Railwire - Didn t receive refund for failed transaction

On December *, ****, I attempted to recharge my railwire broadband connection via MIMO payment partner. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but I the transaction had failed. On reaching the bank, I found out that amount was credited successfully to railwire. Upon calling railwire's support team they promised me it will be refunded within * working days. However, I have not received a refund for the failed transaction even after waiting for ** days. I was frustrated from the same response that they give me, " we have escalated the issue to the finance team, please wait". I like to get my refund can you help me?
