I stayed in colive during month of september. After vacating, in september end they said that I will get my deposite, mid november. In mid november I receive mail of settlement from colive, It stated that out of ***** INR deposite they will cut electricity(which was also charged in the rent) and seperation charge amounting to ****, and rest ***** INR was to be refunded to me. I was expecting **** to be deducted out of ***** for seperation charge, **** electricity charge I didn't, but they retained ***** INR in their scheme DYD(Double their deposit), for which I never agreed to, but they retained the amount.
In the same mail they said that, fill a form to opt out of DYD and you will receive your deposite in ** days, but there was no link to help me find the form. In application, I opted out of DYD, but still I didn't receive my money. Please help me out, It's hard earned money and it's scamsters like this, they steal from common man.
I have tried to reach them on phone and email, but they never reply back.
