I have reported to the indigo counter in RGI Airport around **-Aug-*****:** Am with My wife and daughter(** months) and Friend. At that moment only one groundcrew staff (Mohammed ) was issuing boarding passes to passengers and my turn was **th in line. At *:**, ** more female staff had started issuing boarding passes. At *: ** (Indigo Staff Mohammed) print a boarding pass for me and my family but he didn't release us, due to adjustments with the infant ticket. At *: ** (He start issuing boarding passes to other passengers and keep me and my family on hold) At *:** (he took our luggage) and charge us to excess baggage amount of Rs **** and provide the bill of **** and still keep us on hold. At *:** he releases us on the condition that the infant should get a rapid PCR test at Banglore airport before boarding transit flight Maldives. At *:** we reached gate *** to report and indigo staff and stopped us to board a flight because we're late and the gate was closed. After lots of begging and request, they didn't allow us to board the flight. After inquiring counter to counter and person to person, Customer manager Mr. Sami informed us that your luggage is here take it, and we were surprised how come they returned our luggage in a short while, it means they didn't even load our luggage to flight and at the airport might they overbooked our seats to someone else. Indigo staff had made me and my family suffer mentally and lost of a total package of ** lakhs. because we hotel booking money and Maldives to Saudi Arabia flight amount.
