I Ordered * saree from club factory from **/**/**** & it delver in Nov. * ** a.m. after opening I requested return which was picked up by ecom express Pvt LTD. In * Nov. & from this date to now it was under transit due to this the item can't deliver to the seller and I can't get my refund.When I call ecom express about this they are harassing me everytime.
