I moved out of my * bHK flat rented from Nestaway and being shared amongst * ladies in October after serving a notice period of * month as mandated by the company. I was expected to get my deposit back within *-** business days. But it has been * months now and not even * person has picked my call. The zonal manager is not responding to my emails and the there is no response even on the escalation matrix. I have been looted and mentally harassed. To my sheer disappointment, now they have rebooted the app and all of my deposit is now somehow adjusted to pay utility. It is a big scam which needs to be addressed soon before the company cheats others.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
