I vacated Nestaway property more than * months back. Nestaway never bothered to turn up for house inspection on the move out day and I had to leave giving the keys to the security gaurd. Later Nestaway charged me with painting and other charges for equipments which were working perfectly fine when I left. When enquired with the owner, the owner too confirmed that Nestaway has not done any services like painting or repairing for which I have been charged. Further more, I have not received my deposit even after * months of moving out. They closed their customer service portal and I have sent at least ** mails to CEO and escalation teams and have not received any response yet. I am yet to receive my deposit of about Rs.***** even after * months.
