I booked a room in 'Medford' property in Bangalore after the COLIVE salespersson AJAY gave me a brief of the amenities which will come with the room like * separate beds, breakfast-dinner, a private kitchen, wifi, etc. But then he referred me to another salesperson SABA who changed the property from Medford to 'SAN JOSE' which was costlier and I had to pay the extra amount. On the date of check-in, my roommate visited the property to check the rooms and left after ** mins. the room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, the wifi was not working, power was off and just one bed. They had changed the property to san Jose with increased rent just to ensure that these facilities will be there, which were not.
Then SABA called me to visit another property with even higher rent to which I refused and demanded my money back.
I have paid Rs **** as token amount, Rs ***** as a deposit for the Medford property and more Rs **** to saba for the San Jose property.
There has been no help from the colive customer care whatsoever. These two salespersons are ignoring my calls completely.
