I had enrolled for the course even I upgraded from certificate to PGP, but I was working from home, suddenly got call back from office to go back, and I will not have time to attend the course, esxcept Sunday however a single day won't be enough to learn, it has been less than * weeks, and I haven't attended a single live course, except a few pre-uploaded videos neither any EMI has started.
I created a ticket for the refund, and got a call from Intellipaat saying I can't get a refund because those they are tied of with universities.
How can the tied up universities be a problem when they themselves admitted I can do the course anytime I want.
Like I am fool?
I didn't continue the conversation for much longer except I recorded.
If they don't give me refund in a good manner, I am bound to file a case on the online consumer forum and in district court while calling my bank to remove nach by providing all my problems
It's not like a few bucks that I manage the loss, what I paid is a lot.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
