Intellipaat - Intellipaat is a cheater and Fraud Edtech company

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint against an Indian edtech company named Intellipaat, who has deceived me by taking INR *,**,*** under false promises and has not refunded my money despite multiple written and verbal follow-ups over the last two years.

Background:
In ****, I enrolled for a ** month MBA program with IU Germany through Intellipaat.

I was counseled by their representative, who created high expectations, promising guaranteed admission, job opportunities in Germany, and interview support.

Based on their claims, I immediately proceeded with an EMI loan via their credit partner "Propelld", and INR *,**,*** was disbursed to Intellipaat.

However, even after payment, they delayed everything

They promised me they will refund **% of the amount if I secured an admission independently in Germany. I have done so — still, no refund has been made.


I demanded a refund, Interviews but received no cooperation.

My calls, emails, and customer care requests went unanswered.

Despite hundreds of follow-ups over two years, they have not refunded a single rupee.

I have publicly posted reviews sharing my experience to warn others.

This is a clear case of cyber fraud, cheating, and breach of trust. I request your esteemed team to:

Investigate this matter thoroughly.

Take strict action against Intellipaat and their collaborators for online fraud.

Help me recover my amount of INR *,**,***, which was taken under false pretenses.
