Intellipaat - refund not credited

I paid for the computer science engineering course that I recently enrolled in at your institute and have been following up for last month
I regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances i ,have had to cancel my participation in the course . Despite my initial enthusiasm and commitment change in my personal circumstances have made it unfeasible for me to stop with my program at this time
I had enrolled in month April on the other hand while my mother has been fighting with serious major health issues and passed away during the same time month due to which I could not focus on my studies and also I had to quit my job and scene then I have no attended any single class , during her medical treatment. and she was only earning person in my family as my father to health issues on
In support of completing to course
I have taken an education loan with fibe early salary team to complete the programme ,due to financial instability in my family because of mother medical treatment and I was the only child of my parents i could not repay the loan amount back to fibe early salary team
