Deepak filed complaint against Mi India on May 15, 2019
I have received a call from their call centre person. The person said we are unable to repair your phone in warranty. It will be done on a chargeable basis. This is not acceptable after * days of chasing the service centre and call centre getting this kind of service. It services centre observation that the device is liquid damage. I don't have even used that device properly or from day first. I am having an issue with this device.
Their executive has opened the device at the reception desk without Anti-static & TRC service area. Is that customer fault. The people are making fool of the customer just opening the service for making money from the customer. Just stopping the mail communication here and going to file a legal consumer complaint against MI India.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
