I booked my ticket on **/*/**** morning for tatkal in netravati train (*****) to LTT from CAN(Kannur). When i reached the station train , i was informed that train got diverted from Shoranur station (about ***km from kannur station). when i was trying to cancel the ticket vis the IRCTC APP (Ticket was booked from the same APP) , it was showing error so i tried for fews days and it was not getting cancelled . On *th day that is **-*-**** when i got the IRCTC helpline number which i tried hundred time to connect . The customer care person says you will not get the refund because you have not applied for TDR within ** hrs . i feel cheated and IRCTC takes my money against no service .
