Shyam Singh filed complaint against OYO Rooms on May 4, 2019
I made a booking at OYO Rooms Collection O ***** Alreef Residency from *rd May **** till *th May ****. When asked for dinner the staff their rudely replied that they went reheat the food leftover from the morning and the food which was served was pathetic, the chicken was old. The conditions became so pathetic that I had to check out in the middle of the night. When I contacted Oyo for assistance Ms Meenakshi, the guest experience manager denied taking the credibility of the hotel's action. I wasn't even asking for the full refund all I asked for the refund for the one night but I was denied that. It pains me to see that all OYO is doing is minting money without taking any responsibility. It doesn't matter to them the trust we ensure in them while making a booking. Had I opted for an offline mode of payment I would've been charged according to my stay in hopes of making the process easier for them. I am slapped with different kinds of charges and denied my right to refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
