This complaint is regarding a delivery agent "Afroz" who was hell like rude to me on the call.
My first call to him was on **th August ****. He was supposed to come at my door to pick up a product for which I had initiated a return. On call, he told me that he's not around my area at the moment and will call me when he reaches.
When I asked him how long it'll take for him to arrive, he said, he doesn't know and disconnected the call on the spot.
My next call to him was on **th August ****. Please note that many of my calls were left unanswered in the beginning.
Late in the afternoon, when he answered my call, he spoke to me in a very rude manner.
You can even check the recording from your side. When I asked him if he'll be coming today to pick-up the product, he was like, "I don't even deliver to that area". When I tried to get some more details from him, he raised his voice and said in Hindi, "what will you do asking all this, when I called you yesterday, why didn't you answer, Stop lying and cut the call right away, you understand?" and disconnected.
This is truly unacceptable. Is this the service customers should be experiencing!! Terrible. I am so upset with this behavior. I need you to take an action against this as soon as possible.
