I have ordered food from Zomato on **.*.**. I paid the charges through Gpay online. The delivery boy did not deliver the food at my home address. He denied coming to the place for delivery and misbehaved on the phone call. He asked me to cancel the order or collect from the security guard of the society. I denied to collect and asked him to deliver food at home as I have not asked for leaving the food with the security. He spoke in rude way on phone. All of sudden I received message that the food is delivered. I complained on chat on zomato app regarding this but they too closed the complaint without resolving it. Then I went out to collect the food from security person where the delivery person has left the food. But the security person said that no one has left the food with them. The security person asked even to check the society camera. They have not received any food nor any delivery person from Zomato has arrived to deliver the food. The zomato cheated me by not delivering the food and nor they have any complaint or call centre number where we can talk to the concerned person. Money doesn't matter but the servise of the company is worst and no contact person to whom we can complaint.
