Delhivery com - Delivery not attempted

I have had ordered(Prepaid) some items from boodmo. And to my bad luck, they sent it through Delhivery(as I have had prior experience, had heard about them earlier and if you Google it is full of complaints, bad reviews and overall bad perception about them amongst end customers). Fortunately everything was going smooth and the items reached my local Delhivery facility on the expected delivery date itself (as I was regularly tracking my order). But the problem started from there its been * long days and there's not even a sign of them attempting my delivery. I called their customer service, tried messaging them on Instagram but everything just in vain. I even raised my issue with Boodmo I don't know if it's fake assurances from their side or not but that's it from their side. I even tried to find their address so that atleast I can go myself and pickup my item but even that was also in vain. I have thought of cancelling my order but again they are the same guys that have to take this items back, and I am worried if I will get my refund. I have tried all I can and this has to be my last hope. Please do something.
