Your executive kept cancelling the pickup everyday since ** Aug.
The executive had a bike and he said he could not pick it up, since it wont fit on his bike.
I had requested your client (in this case CRED) * times for pickup.

I had requested to talk to the manager as well, he said he will get it done. But even then it was cancelled the next day. The return window is now closed.

There is no way shadowfax can refuse its incompetence in this particular matter.
