Zomato has been charging wrong delivery charges , for an order of Rs ** from *.* km distance they charged Rs. *** .
For an order worth *** they charged Rs ***.
Today I suddenly noticed that this has been happening and Zomato has been earning by wrongful means.
There should be a criteria for deciding delivery charges. When I asked their Customer service , they said they cant specify how much charges per km are they charging.
