first order number refers to the product i ordered, it was a woman ethnic suit (* peice dress= suit + dupatta + bottom). - the delivered product was totally different product ( one peice dress- that too different color, design infact i couldn't find the delivered dress on their website)
on pointing out the same with the customer care, i was told to return the product at my expense which is their policy. it was returned. the money wasnt refunded by credited with-in wallet. i was told to order again. which i did as advised by them.
the second order number given above pertains to the same product which i intended to buy.
to my dismay i was send the same product.
on my again complaining that i have been delivered the same product again. they replied we have delivered better product. plz keep it with you.
