Manohar Aripaka filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 22, 2021
I have ordered Realme buds air * in big billion sale in this month (October). My product got delivered on *th October.
Actual ordered colour was black, instead i got white.
Replacement and return request has been placed around * times. Every they are rejecting my request. They are asking for aadhar proof. I have submitted them. Still my requests got rejected.
Now they have blocked my account. Not to login now.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
