Dear Team,
My name is Prashant Singh. I live in Noida Gaur City *, Noida Extension **th Avenue A block **th Floor ****. I'm the victim of fraud by Flipkart. Now here is the story started of my mental and financial harassment. I had booked my cell phone Samsung Galaxy A** on Feb **, ****, and received on Feb **, ****, by Ekart Flipkart courier partner. When I unbox the delivery packet I was shocked there was Used Samsung *G Cell Phone Instead of My New Order Samsung Galaxy A** Cell Phone. At the same time, I took several pictures of the delivery product along with the Ekart Flipkart courier partner executive and at the same time i raised the complaint to Flipkart customer care and tell them the exact incident on Feb **, ****. From Feb **, ****, to till now, I'm followup the customer care by several emails, phone calls they only replied they took a complaint about the issue to the concerned team and the concerned team will get back to you.I'm totally fed up, mentally sick for all this. Flipkart Looted my hard earn money, I became mentally sick. Neither they are reapalce my phone not refund my ***** amt. Please Help Me Out. You Are The Only Hope.
