I ordered Realme Smartwatch S Pro costing Rs.*,***/-. I ordered the Smartwatch S Pro on **th January,**** and received a parcel on **th January,****. What I received in the parcel is a different model of realme smart watch. The model I received is a realme watch s RMA*** which costs Rs.*,***/- on flipkart.
I raised the issue with flipkart
via e-mail and call and also asked them to collect the wrong product delivered to me and to send me the S Pro smartwatch which I ordered. I also uploaded the documents required and images of the smartwatch I received during **th and **th January. On **th January I received a message from flipkart that they don't have any policy in such situation.
I'd been planning since long to buy the smartwatch of my choice. I've been cheated by either the seller or the delivery person but flipkart has out rightly denied to help me or resolve the issue after providing every proof I have. Its the perfect example of how a multinational company could abuse their position in today's world.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
