- Delivered Manufacturing defective product and enforcing to use Closed
There's a huge difference/cutdown of *.* inches in the length &* inch in depth in dimension. The product which got delivered to me is ***% manufacturing defective product where dimension compromised greatly and cutdown beyond industry standards.
I have paid a full amount of Rs **,*** for a fully manufactured product not for a defective product. If I pay less, will your company accept? obviously "NO" and don't expect customers to accept your manufacturing defective product for the full amount paid. I need the product that I paid for! I am not asking you to give me anything else.
The product is still under warranty and the warranty covers manufacturing damages. Either you replace it with the correct dimension product or refund the money.
Customer care replies bring more mental agony and health issues to customers who already suffered a lot with your manufacturing defective product. Any seller don't have rights to force customers to live with the defective product which is against consumer rights.
