I ordered two beds from pepperfry this year Jan and this was the worse decision which I could take. They delivered cheap and defective quality bed which broke down within * months. I reached out to the Pepperfry team but they simply denied honoring the warranty. I have posted in Linkedin about this incident too but nothing helped here. Seeking help here as I have already lost around **K in this transaction.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
