Myntra.com - Delivered a damaged product and now declining for return and refund

I had ordered Caprese wallet from Myntra and It got delivered it on *th February. When I opened the parcel it was damaged from both the sides. I put a return request on the same day only and Myntra put my return on hold saying it is damaged and I called Myntra today. They declined my return saying it was not damaged before.
My question is if it wasn't damaged then how did I receive the damaged wallet? Why would i return it on the same day if It wasn't damaged ? Myntra is giving the worst service. This fraud is not acceptable at all.
