I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent incident involving a significantly delayed delivery and an unsatisfactory experience with swiggy customer service representatives. Upon encountering a delayed delivery, I contacted the support team, only to be subjected to disrespectful behavior and deceptive tactics, including a **-minute waiting time on call with false promises of connecting me to a senior representative.
This experience has been deeply distressing and raises serious concerns about the level of service and respect for customers' time. I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter and an assurance that such incidents will not recur in the future. I ordered at **:** pm and their swiggy team responded at *:** am midnight saying their is no delivery left and hotel closed said they will give ₹** as compensation and later increased to ₹*** their disrespect and mannerless behavior towards me their value for it was ₹***

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
