Onida - delay in replacement of ac part which is in warranty

My AC stop working within a year, I raised a complaint on customer care, technician visited very next day and he found some PCB problem, he told me that within * days you will get replacement of this PCB part as the product (AC) is in warranty, but now its more than * month has been passed but still my problem is not resolve, they are keep telling me that still we did not receive the PCB part which we ordered from company, they are only giving excuses that CRM not working, part not available and so on.
