I applied for new broadband connection on *st June, its **th and no one in GTPL is listening, after making payment neither sales person nor technician taking calls
I even tried their Boss but he is also not taking calls, not replying my messges.
Customer care is fake they have just few auto replies.
I paid iNR **** for * month of connection on *st as i was expecting to start my job from **th but since i dont have internet connection my joining delayed till **nd, its a huge loss for me.
I have lost my ** days work because of them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
