GTPL - Not Getting Refund

I am searching for a good internet connection for my home. I heard about GTPL and applied in it through the website. I got a call from their sale person I talked with him, at first he is very polite and Vise. I told him that Does your company offer Service in my area??? He said yess we provide service in your respected area. I told him twice please check and inform. He said don't worry you got your connection within hour. I paid him through Online payment application on Sunday. But after day one Noting will happened no one will come to install Wifi connection. I called him and said I didn't got called from your technician and no one will come to install connection. Then he said don't worry you'll got a called from our technicians. I waited * days but still nothing will changed. I called him again he said I checked in our system we don't provide service at your place I put request of refund. I wasted my * days to listen this. He said after ** days you got your refund. I waited ** days noting changed. Then I take help of my uncle who is in police he called sales person in that he said after * week you got your payment and this time for sure. I waited * week nothing changed I called him again and this time he said your request is pending in HO please wait * more week. Also he said many things I regarding GTPL company insights of GTPL Company they are just looting customer. In the name of Connection. I request to everyone please don't go for GTPL I said never. Very bad experience. Now I don't know when I got my Refund.
