Dear Sir,
Last week I moved to Rajkot and applied for a broadband connection through GTPL. The engineer came home and inspected the place and took the payment of Rs.****. After this he said one more engineer will come the next day. Then one engineer called and he said that another engineer will come. He came and check the place and said that I would get the connection the next day. Till now I have not got any connection. None of these engineers are taking responsibility. They are not refunding my payment. Even GTPL is not helping me. I am struck with the loss of Rs.**** and also suffering from financial and mental stress and I am unable to do my work without the internet. Please ensure that GTPL gives a full refund of the amount so that I can get an internet connection from Jio and do my work. Otherwise I will lose my money. I have attached the payment evidence for you.
