Delay in hand over of my house in Vastu vihar complex, phase* , Aurangabad

This is to draw your attention, that I had booked a house (Yammuna ,unit no * ) in my wife’s name Mrs Veena Devi on **/*/** with the promise by the company that they will hand over the said unit in two year time from the date of booking .
So accordingly, I was asked to make payment at regular interval, which I did and paid about **% of the total value till **/*/**** and then they said that my unit will be handed over to me in the month of October **** and at the time possession, I will have to pay rest balance **% amount.
Even after my repeated request by phone and e mails , there was no response from the company, and I was kept in dark till September ****, when I got a call from the Aurangabad office that I have to pay rest amount immediately and then they will hand over the said unit in October ****, again I paid the rest **% on **/**/****. But till date I hav not received the unit nor ,I am getting any positive response form the vastu vihar ,
Now,I feel cheated , and my money was probably diverted somewhere else and I was kept in dark.
As I am leaving in Kolkata, it was not possible for me to go to the site , and see the progress of work, that is why they took advantage of my absence and they have cheated me
Now, I request you to kindly look in to the matter , and help me to get justice and help me to get compensation for delay and holding my money for so long without my fault,
