I Amitava Ganguly, booked an bunglow Jayanti, Duplex on ****, at Durgapur, promised by you to deliver at ****, Mr Vijay Kumar was in charge then.Though it was not delivered and I was needed to stay I cancelled it on Nov ****, I paid RS. ******/- as **% of project value. On cancellation RS. ******/- has been refunded till ****. After that the remaining money, I am harrassed by your staff. The registration process also pending at your end and the rest of the money also not refunding.Three years passed till cancellation.
Please look into the matter as I need the money urgently for my mother's treatment. Now I need back of my money.
