I have booked a Simplex free bungalow No.*, Road No.* (internal Road) in Phase-* Vastu Vihar, CEIPET Road, Industrial Area Hajipur Vaishali Bihar on **/**/** and payment made as advance **% of unit cost ₹******/- including legal charges between **/*/** to **/*/** whenever demand by your company.
But the company has not done sale deed of land or construction agreement with me till date. No any correspondence with me.
Therefore, I request to you kindly cancel my booking and refund my advance payment amount in full early.
