I have booked a Simplex free bungalow in Phase-* Vastu Vihar CEIPET road Industrial area Hajipur Vaishali Bihar on **/**/** and payment made as advance amount of Rs.******/- during period **/**/** to **/**/** whenever demand by the company.
But the company has not been done sale deed of land or construction agreement with me till date.
Therefore I request to the company refund my advance payment amount early.
