- Delay in furnishing Refund Open
I booked a couple holiday trip to Bali, Indonesia on **/**/**** through Make MyTrip. The trip was to start from New Delhi on **nd March **** but it got cancelled in the wake of the unforeseen coronavirus pandemic and the ensuing lockdown. During the past * months I tried to get in touch with the company numerous times but I did not get any satisfactory response from them. In the last response that I received from them, they ensured me that they have released all the activities related to the trip and are going to initiate the refund as soon as possible. However, it has been almost * months since that but the refund has still not been credited. This is nothing less than gross irregularity on the part of MakeMyTrip to hold my money for such a long time in this time of emergency when everyone is in need of funds.
