Personalized RCB jersey was ordered from PUMA on ** March ** and the same is still not delivered nor it has been shipped. The customer care doesnt respond properly. The only reason they give is high volumes, carrier issue etc. My friends who ordered a week after me have got the product. This is so frustrating to keep calling the customer support for an update. I wouldnt have even known about the delay if I wouldnt have called the customer support asking for an update. Such a bad customer service this has been and mental torture to go through.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
