Jiomart - Delay and No Concrete Response

I placed an order for an Apple Watch SE on the **th for gifting. Delivery was scheduled for **th. It's more than ** days now and everyday the delivery day is postponed for another date. I am calling/writing emails to the Jiomart team but they give copy paste response and telling to wait.
This is quite frustrating and I have no clue when I will get the product. i Have already missed the occasion of gifting already. They are not accepting cancellation also and telling once delivery is done u can cancel by refusing the order. My Money is stuck, everyday my time is wasted to follow up with them. I feel harassed and cheated for an order which i paid upfront. I missed the gifting date of the friends birthday for who i bought this. This is not acceptable.
