My account number is **********. I had ordered a top by name
Texco Women Red and Burgandy pack of * Regular Fit Printed Casual Shirt.
Now I got the product on *th of March and found that its a reversable top. The one side of it is Red , the other is Burgandy. Its basically a two in one top and Not a pack of *. As it was a top larger in size and there was no exchange available, I returned the product. Now Myntra returned it back to me saying it has not passed there policy. I called the customer care and told everything about the matter but yet they have not provided with any resolution.
How can a customer provide them two products I place of a two in one product ?
This is how Myntra defrauds it's customers. It has also blocked my account. Now what do I do with the product as it is of no use to me
