Vaishali Mehta filed complaint against Asus India on Oct 21, 2021
I had given my laptop for screen replacement for which I paid Rs. **,***.
However, the company handed over the laptop to me with a damaged keyboard, which they happen to damage it while screen replacement.
While raising this issue face to face they accepted that it was their fault but I don't have any evidence of the same.
They then told me to update the laptop that will fix the keyboard issue,which unfortunately didn't get resolved.
Upon several follow ups and complaints over email, they denied to take the responsibility and asked me to bear the cost of the keyboard servicing.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
