Suman Patra filed complaint against DTDC on Aug 21, 2019
My client Dr Nityananda Patra sent some important document to Registrar Bankura University on **.**.**.

But, unfortunately, the document was not delivered on time as the courier receipt was not attached to the document. This is a mind game being played by DTDC Bankura. From this incident, a conclusion can be drawn that DTDC Bankura is responsible for deficiency and negligence in service. How can an important document be taken in such an extraneous manner? The delivery boy charged Rs ** extra for bringing back the document. The fault is of DTDC Bankura but the customer is being charged twice for the same service.
Hence, I am taking this issue to Consumer Forum immediately for the same, as my client doesn't want the same incident to happen again with someone else. The money has also not been refunded by DTDC Bankura and charged Rs ** extra for bringing back the document.
*. DTDC Bankura is in the fault of deficiency and negligence in service.
*. Extra charges being levied by DTDC Bankura.
*. Harassment of the customer.
*. The obnoxious attitude is shown by DTDC Bankura.
*. The delay in the document resulted in an uncompensated loss.
The document had to be sent again via speed post. Please take note of this matter and report immediately.
