Had ordered a Trundle bed from PepperFry and later custom ordered a mattress based on the size. The trundle bed started making squeaking sounds right from the first day/use, second day the plank broke.
The PepperFry carpenter said they "could fix the plank but there is no guarantee that it wont break again. The design is such that the noise would continue to exist. please call up the support and let them know..".
I want PepperFry to refund cost of bed + mattress. The mattress was custom made for the Trundle bed, hence, its a loss for me apart from the inconvenience faced due to non-responsive PepperFry Support (i had to call them twice on phone, apart from multiple support request on their website.
The link to 'Escalate to founders' is a joke, it doesnt allow you to escalate or track your previous complaint & unresolved complaint, neither does it send the details of your complaint to your email.
