Let me explain the torture I had to face:
*) I ordered a new product from flipkart and the same gets delivered to my
doorstep.
*) The product came out defective one
*) As per seller's update policy, there is no return on the defective
products.
*) I spent multiple hours on call with customer service explaining the
problem I am going through but of no help as they are bound by sellers
policy
*) After * days. multiple calls and a lot of frustration, I reached out to
Realme support
*) Realme support care were not ready to arrange any technician or provide
online debugging.
*) I had to locate the authorized service center and travel **Kms to get my
buds checked with them. (**** = **Km)
They were not having any stock that time.Also they told that they can
provide only black color. I was left with no option but to agree with the
same color.
*) The same day at night, I got a message that your buds have arrived.
Please collect them
*) I had to travel again the next day to pick up my buds (**** = **Km). I
got the black color buds which I don't like
Now I had to travel in total = **km's for the faulty buds sent to me by
flipkart.
Was it my mistake to order the buds from your website ???? What was my
fault ??
At the end, I had to face a lot of trouble, frustration and even
compromise on my color choice. I really don't like the black color buds .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
