I had ordered an AC from flipkart.com which delivered on ** May and installed on ** May. After using it for a while I came to know that this product is defective and not giving proper cooling immediately I register return request. As the part of the process Flipkart has to arrange technician visit within * days to check the product further but no one came to my house and after * days the request was closed. Again after multiple efforts I reach out to customer care team regarding my issue and they raise the return request again and assure me this will be addressed on Top priority and get it done with * days.As per the process Technician visit my house and troubleshoot the product the found that there was installation defect due to which product might not working as expected and technician asked m to Test the product for * days and update them on status. Nest day I got an call from service center team and as I mentioned multiple time that product still not working properly and have the same cooling issue but they asked to test again and again which was of no use. Multiple times I reached out to service team but no response.Finally got frustrated and tried to reach out Flipkart team but after multiple attempt thought social media , chat , helpline I raise my concern to them all of them assured me that I will get an update within ** hours which still not happen yet chasing them from last couple of days but no one is helping me all waste. Eveytime they will tell to wait for ** hours and may be Flipkart have some different watch in which ** hours still not completed also extended return period expired without any resolution. Seriously frustrated with kind of support and selling fake products without proper support, feeling helpless and low my money is wasted . Please help me
