I bought a single cot from Pepperfry in December **** with * year warranty. The plank supporters broke down this year and a carpenter was arranged to repair it. When the carpenter drilled them back, the cot's frame widened and the planks fell down again the very next day. Pepperfry arranged for a carpenter again but he never came and asked for pics instead(which I gave him). He told Pepperfry that he had come to my place and personally investigated it and that it was beyond the scope of repair due to user carelessness. They didn't even arrange for another carpenter till I told them I'd have to got to consumer court. Now I have no repair nor a refund or replacement for this grade * product.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
