I am writing to express my frustration with my recent purchase of the Blizzard - BRILLIANT SILVER Watch, Order #************. I received the watch on time, but it was defective. I returned it and received a replacement, which also had the same issue.
The customer support team has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. They informed me that the product is currently out of stock and that they can only offer me a coupon as a refund. This is unacceptable! I have no use for another watch, and I have already wasted enough time on this issue.
I want a full refund for my purchase as soon as possible. As a valued customer, I expected better service from the company.
I have raised an issue multiple times with the customer support team, but they only ask me to buy an alternative product or get a coupon. But if they are unable to replace the product, then refund is the correct solution.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
