I have ordered "LG * in * Convertible * Ton * Star Dual Inverter Split AC with * Way Swing (**** Model, Copper Condenser, RS-Q**JNZE)" which got installed on **th June by brand engineer, we came to know that it was not cooling. As checked by the engineer, AC has no gas which is affecting the cooling and he told it was defective as there was no leakage and came with low gas.
Engineer visit for issue: **th June (Engineer: Raj Kumar, Mob: **********) Confirmed the AC arrived with very Low Gas.
Engineer visit for issue: **nd June (Engineer: Akash Parmar, Mob: ***********) to collect data
Engineer visit for issue: *th July (Engineer: Raj Kumar, Mob: **********) to collect data.
*th of July Engineer called to collect data.
**th July i allowed once again engineer to check and told me we will repair and provide you * year extra warranty as compensation.
Though I am eligible for replacement as per Croma policy and i am insisting the same.
I have called multiple times a day, had multiple chat with support, but such poor service is i haven't seen any where. Team has no proper update, whenever I call customer service to say we are working, what is there to work upon and why every time i escalate, you guys sent an engineer to visit.
